Abstract

Comparison of distribution and intensity of droughts for 2007 and 2013 in the territory of Ukraine, determined by meteorological and satellite data is executed. Were used: meteorological index – Selyaninov’s (GTK) hydrothermal coefficient and an index of a drought of ID (index of Drought)  according to remote data. Features of distribution and intensity of the droughts, established as a result of the joint analysis of meteorological and satellite indexes are discussed.
